Jamie Velez is highly skilled in client success combining a rich background of experience in project management, hospitality, client partnership, and business ownership. As a business-owner, Jamie honed her skills in entrepreneurship successfully buying, growing and selling a fitness business franchise. She grew the business from the ground-up, demonstrating leadership in every facet from sales and marketing to operations and customer success. This experience gives Jamie a generalist view of her clients’ business needs and allows her to continually build specialization in client management. Jamie attributes much of her expertise to the decade of experience in project management, where she mastered the art of listening to all project team members and learned to translate individual needs into actionable steps that achieve a common goal.
In her current role, Jamie serves as a Client Licensing Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership where she oversees all aspects of client licensing, ensuring maximum value to her clients. She has a proven track record of successfully managing complex licensing portfolios and developing strategic implementation initiatives that drive revenue growth and satisfaction. She is committed to helping her clients find unique solutions fitting to their organizational outcomes and enjoys making new friends in the process.
Jamie obtained a Master of Business Administration from National University, with a leadership focus. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University, with a focus on marketing and advertising.
