Karen Massey is a global learning and development leader, speaker and executive coach. She has dedicated her career to aligning innovative solutions with business and people strategies. Her career experience spans several decades with expertise in global leadership, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, executive coaching and talent management.

Karen received her B.A. in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University, graduated cum laude with a master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and recently completed her post-graduate ICF accreditation from the College of Executive Coaching. Karen holds numerous practitioner certifications including DiSC, EQi-2.0, 360-degree feedback, Crucial Conversations, Integrity Coaching, PI Worldwide Behavior & Skills Assessment, Advanced Instructional Design and Workplace DE&I.
